We are a road transporter. Our job is to move cargo from Point A to Point B. In a normal move, you or your broker make the cargo ready and tell us where to collect, that the cargo or container is ready, the information or documents we need for the collection, and where to deliver. We then collect, transport and deliver the cargo, and return the empty container to the instructed location when that's required. That's our core service today, and as Vynaras grows we plan to expand into more areas of the logistics chain.

Not at this stage. Today, Vynaras Logistics focuses on road transport, moving your cargo from A to B, while your cargo's clearance, release, customs, shipping-line and CFS requirements are arranged by you or your broker. As the transporter, we handle only the documents that are specifically our responsibility: our own trip documents and any documents we're required to present to collect, move or deliver the cargo. As the business grows, we plan to expand into more areas of the logistics chain, but for now, clearing and forwarding sit with you or your broker. No, a container must be cleared and released before it can be collected. You or your broker arrange the release; we plan the collection around it so we can move as soon as it's ready. Yes. Vynaras can transport transit cargo, cargo moving through Kenya under a transit arrangement toward another destination, on the Kenyan road leg. Where it's required for the transport movement, we may use our RECTS account and make the required booking relating to the seal and KRA process. That is a transporter-side operational requirement so we can carry out the movement; it does not mean we handle your customs clearance or wider transit documentation, which remain with you or your broker. Domestic cargo is cargo transported within Kenya, not under an international transit arrangement. Transit cargo is cargo moving through Kenya under a transit arrangement toward another destination, where Vynaras may handle the Kenyan road transport leg. We ask on the quote form because the two are planned a little differently. It's an initial indication to help us plan the road movement, not an official customs classification, and not us handling the wider international transit process, which stays with you or your broker. For now, Vynaras Logistics focuses on road cargo transportation within Kenya. Where cargo is bound for another country, we may handle the Kenyan road transport leg where applicable, while the international shipping, customs clearance, border procedures and other international logistics responsibilities are handled by the client, broker or relevant logistics provider. We're not an international cross-border or customs-clearance company today, but as Vynaras expands, we intend to be involved in more of the journey.

Our internal operations team monitors applicable vehicle journeys and can provide you with a journey update when you request one.
